Privacy Policy
How hardrx.net collects, uses, shares and protects your information — including the health information involved in a telehealth consultation.
Effective date: 9 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how hardrx.net collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use this website and the HardRx telehealth service. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service.
Health information and HIPAA
Getting a HardRx prescription involves sharing health information. That information — your medical history, medications, allergies and the answers on your health questionnaire — is treated as protected health information and is shared with the independent licensed physician reviewing your request and the pharmacy dispensing your prescription. It is used to provide the service you asked for and is not sold.
You may receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices from the provider or pharmacy describing your rights under HIPAA in full.

- Health questionnaire responses — medical history, current medications, allergies and related answers.
- Payment information — processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Support correspondence — anything you send us by form, email or phone.

Standard technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences and measure traffic. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; blocking them may affect how parts of the site function.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information handled through this service, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal, medical and pharmacy record-retention requirements, which in some cases are set by state law and can extend for several years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy in portable form, and to withdraw consent. Medical and pharmacy records are subject to legal retention rules that can limit deletion.
To make a request, email [email protected] or call 855-927-0390. We may need to verify your identity first.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what is collected and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined under California law.
Children
This service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Marketing communications
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us. We will still send transactional messages about your orders and prescriptions.
Changes
We may update this policy. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.
