About HardRx
HardRx combines sildenafil (the active ingredient in Viagra®) and tadalafil (the active ingredient in Cialis®) in a single sublingual dose. Sildenafil provides quick onset in roughly 15–30 minutes, while tadalafil provides lasting power for up to 36 hours.
Place the tablet under your tongue and let it dissolve completely. Do not chew it and do not swallow it whole — sublingual absorption is what makes the onset quicker. Take no more than one dose in any 24-hour period.

No. Like all PDE5 inhibitors, HardRx supports the physical response to arousal rather than creating desire. Sexual stimulation is still required.
Heavy drinking can worsen both erectile difficulty and the side effects of PDE5 inhibitors, particularly dizziness and low blood pressure. Discuss alcohol use with the reviewing physician.
Prescriptions & physician review
No existing prescription is needed. Licensed U.S. physicians review your health information and issue a prescription if it is appropriate. The review is included at no extra cost, and if you are not approved you are not charged.
A video call is not typically required. You complete a short online health questionnaire, usually about five minutes, and a licensed physician reviews your information. Some states have their own telemedicine requirements.

Safety
HardRx is not recommended for men taking nitrates such as nitroglycerin, men with severe heart disease or very low blood pressure, or anyone with a known allergy to sildenafil or tadalafil.
Most side effects are mild and temporary: headache, flushing, dizziness, nasal congestion, indigestion or back pain. These usually fade within a few hours.
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience chest pain, vision changes, hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours.
No. Do not take more than one dose in a 24-hour period. Taking more does not improve the response and increases the risk of side effects.
Orders, shipping & billing
Standard shipping is free and takes 3–5 business days. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging — there is no mention of Hard Health or ED medication on the label. Overnight shipping is available at checkout.
The 6-dose plan is $114 for your first month, then $149 per month. The 12-dose plan is $179 for your first month, then $199 per month. A one-time purchase option is available at checkout.
You can cancel, pause or adjust at any time before your next shipment processes. Once a shipment has been charged and processed it cannot be cancelled, but future auto-refills can be stopped.
