What HardRx is
HardRx is a prescription treatment for erectile dysfunction that combines sildenafil and tadalafil in a single sublingual tablet. It is offered by Hard Health, a telehealth company based in Huntington Beach, California.
The idea behind it is simple. Two of the most widely prescribed ED medications have complementary timing — one acts fast, the other lasts long — and most men end up choosing between them. HardRx puts both in one dose that dissolves under the tongue, so the choice is not necessary.
How we operate
Hard Health facilitates telehealth consultations between patients and independent licensed providers. Hard Health is not a medical provider and does not practice medicine. Prescribing decisions are made by independent licensed U.S. physicians who review your health questionnaire, and prescriptions are filled by a PCAB-accredited U.S. pharmacy.
That distinction matters. We do not decide whether you get a prescription; a physician does, and they may decide the answer is no. If they do, you are not charged.
